The results of an animal study have shown that moringa treatment for 8 weeks reversed liver injury and fibrosis in rats. According to the researchers, these effects were due to a mechanism associated with the anti-inflammatory effect of moringa, as well as its antioxidant properties, and its ability to ease the activation of hepatic stellate cells.1✅ JOURNAL REFERENCE
